Private & shared transportation from Cancún International Airport

The shared taxi is a per-person, per-leg service available only on routes, schedules, seat availability, pickup points and drop-off points published or confirmed by Xelbor Transfer. It is not equivalent to a private service and does not guarantee an exclusive vehicle, direct route, door-to-door service, intermediate stops, private waiting time or destination changes.

The passenger agrees to share the vehicle with other travelers and follow the boarding instructions sent by Xelbor Transfer. The route, estimated departure time, boarding order, drop-off point and transfer time may be adjusted due to passenger coordination, traffic, safety, capacity, operations, weather, authority instructions or events beyond Xelbor Transfer's control.

The shared-service confirmation, ticket or receipt will indicate the main service details. The user must remain reachable through the provided channels, especially WhatsApp, phone or email, to receive instructions, updates or clarifications before boarding.

• The price applies per person and per seat unless the confirmation states another modality. Minors, companions or additional travelers count as passengers when they occupy space in the vehicle.
• Availability depends on seat capacity, route, schedule, operational coordination and payment confirmation when applicable.
• Pickup and drop-off points may be approximate or used as references. The passenger must follow the final point communicated by Xelbor Transfer for boarding or drop-off.
• Allowed luggage is subject to available space in the shared vehicle. Extra, bulky or sports luggage, strollers, pets or special items must be reported before booking and may require a private service or an additional charge.
• If the passenger does not appear, arrives late, does not respond through the contact channels or fails to follow boarding instructions, the service may be marked as no-show and may be non-refundable.
• Changes to date, route, passenger or contact details are subject to availability, operational validation, provider policy and charges already generated by payment platforms or third parties.
• If Xelbor Transfer cannot operate a confirmed shared service due to causes attributable to its operation, it may offer rescheduling, an available alternative, credit or refund as appropriate.
• Xelbor Transfer may deny boarding due to aggressive conduct, intoxication, safety risk, undeclared luggage, prohibited items, false information or failure to follow instructions.
• If the passenger needs an exact schedule, direct route, private stops, special waiting time, full flexibility or door-to-door transfer, a private service must be booked.
