These terms and conditions govern the use of the website, forms, digital channels and services offered by Xelbor Transfer S.A. de C.V., commercially known as Xelbor Transfer.
By requesting a quote, booking, paying, boarding a vehicle or using our support channels, the user states that they have read and accepted these terms and the current privacy notice.
1. Service scope
Xelbor Transfer provides and/or coordinates tourist and private ground transportation, shared taxi, airport-hotel transfers, hotel-airport transfers, round trips, group services, corporate services, tours and travel experiences in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Merida, Yucatan and other coverage areas confirmed at booking.
Some tours, tickets, activities, parks, boats, experiences or complementary services may be operated by third parties. In those cases, Xelbor Transfer may act as intermediary, coordinator or sales channel, without replacing the operating rules, safety restrictions, schedules or policies of the final provider.
2. Quote and sales channels
Quotes and bookings may be made through the website, forms, WhatsApp, phone, email, authorized modules or staff, business partners, agencies, hotels, payment platforms and other channels expressly enabled by Xelbor Transfer.
Only bookings, receipts, payment links or confirmations issued by official channels or authorized personnel will be recognized. The user must review that the service details match the request before paying or boarding.
3. Quotes, rates and availability
Rates shown on the website or communicated by an agent are for reference until Xelbor Transfer confirms availability, area, date, time, service type, passengers, luggage, route, terminal, vehicle and specific conditions.
Prices may vary due to season, demand, schedule, route changes, waiting time, additional stops, excess luggage, tolls, airport fees, taxes, exchange rate, third-party services or provider adjustments.
- Promotions are subject to validity, availability and specific conditions.
- Promotions are not cumulative unless Xelbor Transfer states otherwise in writing.
- Prices in foreign currency may be converted to Mexican pesos according to the exchange rate applicable at payment or invoicing.
4. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when Xelbor Transfer issues a confirmation, reference, receipt, ticket, voucher or service instruction and, when applicable, the requested payment or deposit is credited.
The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete details: name, phone, email, date, time, origin, destination, hotel, terminal, flight number, airline, passengers, luggage, service type and any special need.
Errors or omissions in the information provided may cause delays, additional charges, loss of service or inability to provide the transfer. Any change must be requested with reasonable advance notice and remains subject to availability.
5. Payments, payment links and receipts
Xelbor Transfer may accept online payments, payment links, cards, transfers, cash or other enabled methods depending on the sales channel and service type. Online payment processing may be performed by third-party providers such as Stripe or other processors.
The user must keep their payment receipt, reference, ticket or confirmation, as it may be requested to validate the service, clarifications, changes, cancellations or invoicing.
- Bank fees, processor fees, exchange-rate differences or chargeback costs may be excluded from refundable amounts when allowed by law and provider policy.
- An unrecognized charge must be reported immediately through the support channel for review with the payment processor and bank.
6. Boarding, punctuality and identification
The passenger must be at the meeting point, terminal, lobby, address or agreed area at the time indicated in the confirmation. For airport services, the passenger must follow the reception instructions provided by Xelbor Transfer.
When requested, the passenger must show official ID, booking receipt, ticket, voucher or confirmation email. For bookings under a third party's name, the contracting user must inform the passenger of the service conditions.
Flight monitoring will be performed when the user provides sufficient and accurate details. Even so, extraordinary terminal changes, missed connections, immigration holds, baggage delays, road closures or events beyond Xelbor Transfer's control may require rescheduling or generate waiting charges.
7. Waiting times, no-show and route changes
Each service may include a waiting time indicated in the confirmation or communicated by the agent. When the passenger does not appear within the agreed time and does not maintain effective communication, the service may be marked as no-show.
Services marked as no-show, partially boarded or unused for reasons attributable to the passenger may be non-refundable. Additional waiting time, route changes, unscheduled stops, destination changes or out-of-zone service may generate additional charges.
9. Luggage, special items and pets
The user must report the amount and type of luggage before confirmation. Xelbor Transfer may suggest or require a different vehicle when luggage exceeds the ordinary vehicle capacity.
Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, objects that compromise safety, unauthorized perishables or goods that may damage the vehicle are not allowed. Pets, sports equipment, child seats, strollers, instruments, bicycles or bulky items must be reported in advance and are subject to availability and safety conditions.
10. Passenger conduct and safety
The passenger must behave respectfully toward drivers, coordinators, other passengers and third parties. Xelbor Transfer may deny, suspend or terminate a service when there is a safety risk, violence, threats, intoxication, vehicle damage, failure to follow instructions or unlawful activity.
The user will be responsible for damage caused to the vehicle, equipment, staff, third parties or facilities due to their own improper conduct or that of their companions.
11. Minors and passengers requiring assistance
Minors must travel with a responsible adult unless Xelbor Transfer expressly accepts another arrangement in writing. The responsible adult must supervise the minor throughout the service.
The user must inform in advance any assistance need, reduced mobility, child seat, senior passenger, medical condition relevant to transfer safety or special requirement. Service remains subject to availability, vehicle type and safety conditions.
12. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change or cancellation requests must be made through official channels and as far in advance as possible. Eligibility will depend on service type, rate, deposit, provider, schedule, availability, incurred costs and request timing.
Promotional, seasonal, last-minute, shared, tour, ticket, third-party activity or special-rate bookings may have change restrictions or be non-refundable. When a refund applies, it will be made through the method and timeframe allowed by the payment processor, bank or provider involved.
If Xelbor Transfer cancels due to causes attributable to its operation and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, it may offer rescheduling, credit or refund as appropriate. If cancellation is caused by force majeure, weather, road closures, authority instructions, safety, blockades, accidents, third-party failures or provider restrictions, a reasonable solution will be sought subject to availability.
13. Tours, parks and external providers
Experiences, tickets, parks, water activities, tours, boats, food, beverages, equipment, guides, schedules and restrictions may depend on third parties. The user agrees to comply with the final provider's rules, age, health, weight, height, safety, document, dock fee, tax, tip, photo, local charge and policy requirements.
Availability, itinerary, inclusions and exclusions for each tour are confirmed at quote or purchase. Changes due to weather, capacity, maintenance, authority, safety or provider decisions may modify schedules, activities or conditions.
14. Invoicing
The invoice or CFDI must be requested within applicable tax timeframes and with accurate data: RFC tax ID, legal name, tax regime, fiscal postal code, CFDI use, reference or ticket and email. For questions, write to facturacion@xelbortransfer.com.
Xelbor Transfer will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect fiscal information provided by the user. Correction requests are subject to deadlines, tax rules and administrative feasibility.
15. Limitation of liability
Xelbor Transfer will make reasonable efforts to provide the service according to the confirmed booking. However, it will not be liable for delays, losses, expenses, missed connections or effects caused by incorrect user information, traffic, accidents, weather, blockades, road works, authority instructions, airport closures, third-party acts, force majeure or events beyond its control.
The user is responsible for scheduling their transfer with enough margin for flights, tours, appointments, connections or activities. Estimated transfer times are for reference and may vary.
16. Website use and intellectual property
Website content, brand, logos, texts, images, design, reference rates, forms and materials are owned by Xelbor Transfer or used with authorization. They may not be copied, commercially exploited, modified or distributed without authorization.
The user agrees not to use the website for unlawful purposes, impersonation, attacks, unauthorized automated extraction, technical interference or submission of false information.
17. Personal data
Personal data processing will be performed according to Xelbor Transfer's current privacy notice. By using the services, the user accepts that their data will be used to quote, book, operate, charge, invoice, handle clarifications and comply with legal obligations related to the service.
18. Changes to these terms
Xelbor Transfer may update these terms due to legal, operational, commercial, technological changes or new services. The current version will be available on the website and will apply from publication, unless a specific confirmation establishes particular conditions for an already paid booking.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms will be interpreted under applicable laws in Mexico. For any dispute, the parties will first try to resolve it through Xelbor Transfer support channels. If this is not possible, they will submit to the competent authorities under applicable law.
